Several studies have been conducted on Helping Women Recover and Beyond Trauma. These articles provide evidence as to the effectiveness of both curricula. The curricula are listed on several lists of evidence-based practices and practices including the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP), a service of the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA).
